We do bespoke cooking courses to include anything from pasta-making, charcuterie, confectionery (truffles, fudge, chocolates), churros (doughnuts with chocolate), cooking from your veg patch, preserves, cooking in a wood-fired pizza oven and of course sausage-making. Groups often enjoy splitting into competing groups to make different things. E.G: Pasta, sausages, truffles. You have dinner from what you have made while judging and crowning a champion team at the end of the meal.
Treasure Hunt & Scavenger Hunt £10 per person - minimum £100 and maximum £150.

Sausage making course details
It is a hands-on course for real enthusiasts. You will make a batch of sausages using our pork. It will cover basic butchery skills, information about all the ingredients and techniques used in sausage making, and finish off with tastings of what we've made. The day will also include a lunch made from our home produce and course materials for future reference. There are a maximum of 6 people on each course, so it can be adapted to what each individual wants to know, whether it be talking about pig husbandry, making a salami or a particular type of sausage.
